FULL PROPERTY ACCESS

  • 12 hours of exclusive access to the property on your event day

  • Choose the 12-hour timeframe that works best for you, with the ceremony beginning no later than 4:30 pm

RECEPTION & COCKTAIL HOUR

  • Grand Hall with custom built-in bar

  • Access to the outdoor gathering area with two large fire pits adjacent to the Hall

  • Patio cocktail hour space with covered seating that remains in place, umbrellas, and patio bar

  • Indoor cocktail bar area with a long full bar and included cocktail tables (if not using patio cocktail bar)

  • All cocktail hour tables and seating included

WINE & BOURBON CELLAR EXPERIENCE

  • Use of the Wine & Bourbon Cellar for one hour at any point during your day

  • Space accommodates approximately 20–25 guests

  • Includes custom tables and chairs, built-in wine storage, and a bar crafted from reclaimed wood from the Manor’s restoration

  • May be used however you choose (bridal party, groom’s party, family, or together)

ON-SITE LODGING

  • Four modern treehouse cabins located steps from the reception hall

  • Sleeps up to 16 guests total

  • Included in your wedding rental for your wedding day/night

  • Tuscan X-Back chairs for up to 200 guests in the Grand Hall

  • White ceremony chairs for up to 200 guests

    Transportation: Exclusive partnership with Vintage Vows Co. offering a vintage car couples (or guests) can rent for exits, photo ops, or special use.
