    Bella Hayes (Angarone)

GENERAL MANAGER & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Hi! I’m Bella. I recently got married myself, so I truly understand how much goes into planning your dream wedding. I know the excitement, the stress, the tiny details, and the big emotions. I’m here to support you both every step of the way and make this process feel smooth, joyful, and unforgettable.

I’m newer to the Franklinton area, and I’ve completely fallen in love with it. The town feels like something out of a Hallmark movie. It’s timeless, welcoming, and full of people who care.

The Carolina Manor House means so much to me. Watching how it has transformed and seeing the love and dedication the owners have poured into it is inspiring. My goal is to share that magic with every couple who steps onto this property.

I cannot wait to meet you, whether it’s for your first tour or on your special day.

  • A Note From the Owners

"The Carolina Manor House was developed and is owned by the same people who have been redeveloping Franklinton and areas of Franklin County since 2017.

“The rebirth and restoration of this town has always been deeply personal to us. Revitalizing historic spaces, investing in our community, and making a lasting difference in the lives of the people here is not just work for us, it is a passion.

The Manor is an extension of that same heart and vision. We poured the same love, intention, and care into restoring this property as we have into the town itself. Our goal has always been to create a space that feels meaningful, welcoming, and full of possibility.

We truly love what we do, and we are honored to share this place with every couple and family who celebrates here.”

    With Gratitude,
    Joe & Stephanie Farrell

    Mark Lemmon

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

Hey! I’m Mark, the Operations Manager here at The Carolina Manor House. I’ve been working alongside the owners since we opened in 2023, helping bring every event to life behind the scenes.

My role is to make sure the property is always looking its best, your ceremony and reception spaces are set exactly how you envisioned, and all operational details run smoothly. I oversee logistics and bar inventory to ensure everything is fully stocked, organized, and prepared well before your big day. My focus is making sure the experience feels seamless from start to finish.

I’m a local and live right across the street from the Manor, which means I’m always close by if anything is ever needed. I genuinely love this community and take pride in being part of such meaningful celebrations.

I also own Vintage Vows, a company I started after acquiring two rare vintage cars that are offered exclusively to Manor couples. They add a timeless, one-of-a-kind touch to your wedding day experience.

I’m excited to meet you and look forward to working with incredible couples who choose to celebrate here.

Our “Why”

When Joe and Stephanie Farrell began restoring Franklinton, North Carolina, they weren't just renovating buildings. They were believing in a town that deserved to be believed in. Since 2017, Mason Street Partners has invested in the heart of this community, bringing historic properties back to life with intention and care.

The Carolina Manor House is the fullest expression of that mission.

Built in 1902 as the home of Dr. J.H. Harris, this Queen Anne-style estate sits on 10 acres of century-old oaks at the center of Franklinton's story. When the Farrells restored it, they didn't just preserve its architecture. They created a wedding venue near Raleigh, NC where couples could celebrate within something that genuinely means something. A place with history. With roots. With soul.

That's our why.

We believe the couples who choose The Carolina Manor House aren't just looking for a beautiful backdrop. They want their wedding to feel real. Grounded. Surrounded by people who care as much about their day as they do. Whether you're planning an outdoor ceremony in Lula's Garden Chapel, a reception in the Grand Hall, or a full wedding weekend with your closest people staying on-site in our treehouse cabins, our team is here to make every detail feel effortless and every moment feel worth remembering.

From Bella at your first tour to Mark making sure every last chair is exactly where it should be, you'll feel the difference a team like this makes.

We're honored to be part of your story. And we can't wait to meet you.
