How many guests can The Carolina Manor House accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 200 seated guests.
Are the treehouses included?
Yes! One night (your wedding night) in each of our four rustic modern treehouses are included in your full wedding rental. There are no restrictions as to who you can let use the treehouses.
Can we bring our own vendors?
This is something that makes us unique - yes, you can bring your own vendors, and at no additional cost. We are happy to give recommendations, but you are not required to use our list.
When can I tour?
We pride ourselves on quickly accommodating tours as soon as we receive an inquiry. You can conveniently schedule a tour directly through our website, or reach out to our General Manager izabella@thecarolinamanorhouse.com to coordinate a time that works best for you.
We offer both weekday and weekend tours to better accommodate busy schedules and make the process as easy as possible.
Can our guest count change?
Yes! Your guest count can be adjusted up to 30 days prior to your wedding day. At that time, we’ll update your bar package pricing to reflect the final number of guests who are 21 and over.
How do bar packages work?
The only cost separate from your venue rental is your bar package. We offer a wide range of options, starting at $25 per person for unlimited beer and wine and going up to $62 per person for our premium packages.
We’re happy to walk through each package with you during your tour, or you’re welcome to reach out anytime to request the full bar package guide.
All alcohol must be purchased through The Carolina Manor House, and we provide the licensed bartenders for your event. If you select a bar package with us, you’re welcome to bring your own beer and wine to the getting-ready suites prior to the ceremony. However, no outside alcohol is permitted beyond that point.
We also offer a consumption-based option outside of our per-person packages, where you simply pay for exactly what is served during your event.
